The RGCA Knowledge Committee and Leadership are dedicated to providing opportunities for our members to engage and get the latest insights and information about the closed-loop industry.
To support these ongoing efforts, we are coordinating free quarterly learning sessions for RGCA members and prospective members to provide a platform for organic, viral dialogue and discussions amongst brands and distributors on consumer insights, best practices, industry trends, and other relevant topics that will help RGCA members run their gift card programs. These interactive sessions will provide an open forum to discuss industry challenges and create solutions, discuss new technology and innovation that help the closed-loop industry thrive in a “now” time-frame so gift card managers don’t have to wait for Forum to get traction on a topic or issue.
Our first “mini-road show” learning session will be held in Atlanta at First Data corporate headquarters on Tuesday, February 26th. Lunch will be served at 11:30 ET and the session will be from 1 pm to 3 pm ET. This first session will focus on Fraud Best Practices. For those who are unable to attend in person and actively participate in the conversation on-site, the content from this in-person session will then be presented in a webinar in March.
These sessions are open to all RGCA members and prospects by invitation from a current RGCA member.
RSVP is required so that we can plan accordingly for lunch.
If you wish to join us in Atlanta please click here to sign up, and keep an eye out for future correspondence with details about other upcoming road shows.
